TIP: Service Dashboard

If you have not looked at the Service Dashboard lately, then head on over there and look at the new widgets available to help you keep track of your Service Team. The Service Dashboard gives you a great place to see an overview of your service flow. There are now five different charts which you can customize: Open Tickets By Escalation State, Billable Hours By Team, Actual Hours This Month (by member), Twelve Month Ticket View, and Top Ten Customers. All of these can be customized by Location, Department and Service Board.
